BREAKING: Huge blaze rips through south London tower block

FIRE crews are battling to put out blaze which has ripped a tower block in south London in scorching temperatures.

The fire is at a block of flats – called Olive Morris House – in Brixton Hill. 

Traffic has been brought to a standstill while firefighters try and control the raging fire.

It is not clear if there have been any casualties at this stage.
