While the pair have kept the details of their big day fairly under wraps, Catherine has made no secret of her excitement to tie the knot over the last few months.
The star previously revealed she wanted her son Alfie to play a part in the wedding, and he's thought to be pageboy, while her co-star Antony Cotton, 40, will be one of her ‘bridesmen’.
Describing her dress to Hello! magazine, she said: "I've picked a gown that's totally unlike any design I thought I would choose. It's absolutely stunning – and I'll feel like the luckiest girl in the world when I wear it to make my vows to Tom."
After a string of bad boyfriends, Cath swore off men and even vowed to have a baby with a gay friend.
Then personal trainer Tom came into her life and she was pregnant 4 months later .
Tom popped the question in August 2014 in Venice, and they welcomed Alfie together in March last year.
Earlier this month she said: “Meeting Tom was so, so out of the blue. I’m dead lucky. He ticks every box.”
Catherine’s co-star Alison King, who plays Carla Connor, famously married on-screen husband Peter Barlow in the same mansion, so fans will no doubt be excited to catch a glimpse of a ceremony in real life.
Olympian Victoria Pendleton, 35, also wed Scott Gardner, 40, there in 2013.
